Founded in 1955, Norman's Electronics offers service on home appliances, new & vintage audio equipment and TVs.   

We are looking for an experienced appliance technician to join our team. 
  
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Accurately diagnose and repair appliances in the customer's home - Refrigerators, Ovens, Cooktops, Washers, Dryers, Microwaves
  • Experience repairing major brands including:  LG, GE, Whirlpool, Samsung, Frigidaire 
  • Be able to get a unit  into its service modes and be able to  talk with technical support from the home
  • NO SEALED SYSTEMS & NO DISWASHERS - due to the time it takes to repair these products,  unless you are EPA certified and want to repair them... 
  • We can teach you to evaluate and repair TVs in the home, too. If you can already fix TVs, that is a plus!
  • Our techs roll from their homes and come into the shop very little. Parts are normally sent to clients directly 
Job Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record
  • The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis
  • Provide your own tools
  • We can provide a vehicle, but if you have one, we can talk about you using it and paying mileage  
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Once you hit a production goal, you will be paid commission over that goal  - or straight commission if you want 
Pay is based on your experience level and the more you repair, the more you can make after commission. 
Compensation: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month




This business is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the independent business, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of said business.
