Requirements include:
· Must be computer literate, great with numbers and margins.
· Must be punctual, dependable, courteous, clean and well groomed.
· A background, drug and driving screening will be required.

Duties include:
· Answer phones and work parts counter.
· Research parts by model number.
· Receive parts, allocating them to appropriate location(s).
· Answer customer and/or technician parts questions.
· Check on status of back ordered parts, inform customers.
· Maintain inventory (store and truck)
· Prepare and schedule part returns.
· Great customer skills required.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
We service major appliances and refrigeration in all of Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Our parts store is located in Toledo Ohio
