We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing team. If you're skilled—especially in sealed system repairs—and ready for a leadership role with a company that values you, this could be the perfect fit.
- Diagnose and repair a variety of residential appliances, with a focus on premium brands.
- Perform sealed system repairs, including compressors, evaporators, and refrigerant work.
- Lead and mentor other technicians, ensuring quality and adherence to company standards.
- Provide professional, friendly customer service.
- Keep accurate records of service work and follow all safety protocols.

Minimum 3 years of appliance repair experience, with a focus on sealed systems.
- EPA certification required.
- Experience with high-end appliance brands is a plus.
- Strong communication and diagnostic skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Hourly base pay + commission.

Experienced techs typically earn $75,000–$100,000 annually.

As an appliance repair technician, you’ll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words, you’ll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work.
You’ll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you’ll have to deal with people, too.
Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
