What You'll Do:
- Order Parts: Keep our inventory stocked by ordering the right parts for a wide variety of appliances. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring we have everything we need to fix any problem that comes our way.
- Coordinate Installations: Schedule part installations for our technicians, making sure they have what they need, when they need it. Your coordination skills will keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of our parts inventory, organize the storage area, and ensure everything is easy to find. You'll be the master of our parts universe!
- Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure we get the best deals and the highest quality parts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our technicians and customer service team to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.

As an appliance repair technician, you’ll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words, you’ll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work.
You’ll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you’ll have to deal with people, too.
Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
