Reliable Appliance is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Anchorage location. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Schedule appliance service calls and coordinate with the service team.
- Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Maintain organized records and files.
- Provide general office support as needed.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
