Specific Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair appliances on-site, addressing issues like control board failures, door latch repairs, and sealed system components with precision.
  • Provide detailed cost estimates for repairs and collect payments, ensuring accurate documentation for COD or warranty claims.
  • Optimize material use and maintain company vehicles and tools, including tablet-based technology for job tracking.
  • Complete daily route sheets, invoices, and weekly reports, integrating with systems like HouseCall Pro.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Comfort using tablet-based tools for scheduling, diagnostics, and customer updates.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, with the physical stamina for varied work conditions.
  • Flexible hours, with no work on weekends.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical Demands:

While performing duties, you may stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, or crawl, often in customer homes. You must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly, with occasional heavier lifts up to 100 pounds, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with bonus potential.
  • Health insurance, dental insurance, and retirement plan.
  • Company vehicle, uniforms provided, and tablet provided.
  • Paid vacation days and ongoing training on advanced repairs, including R-134a refrigerant handling and luxury brand certification.
