Customer Service Representative
Full-Time | 7:50 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | Blue Ridge Area

We are a Christian family-owned appliance service company seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you’re motivated, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Do

Answer calls and emails, schedule service appointments

Manage and update customer accounts

Provide accurate information to customers

Input data and perform general office tasks

Support technicians and other departments

This is a position where you will continuously grow and learn. Everything is evolving and changing. However, there are standards in the structure and there are ways to hold true to that. However, the need to be flexible and accountable is crucial.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of customer service experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Positive, professional, and approachable attitude

Computer proficiency and willingness to learn

Team player who can accept feedback and grow



Must live within 25 minutes of Blue Ridge

Ideal locations: Greer, Lyman, Duncan, Taylors, Inman, Travelers Rest, Landrum, or parts of Greenville and Spartanburg
