Role Overview

You will diagnose and repair major household appliances in customers’ homes. This is a hands-on, problem-solving role ideal for applicants with:

  • Mechanical ability

  • Electrical experience

  • HVAC or maintenance background

  • Automotive or technical repair skills

No prior appliance repair experience required.
We offer paid training, mentoring, and ongoing technical support. Most new techs begin running service calls independently in as little as 7–8 weeks.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a relatively clean record

  • Dependable, professional, and customer-focused

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quickly

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
