Responsibilities, Duties & Description of Work:
- Up to 5 Days a week, mostly Monday through Friday
- Typical working hours between 7am (or 9am) & 5:30pm
- Full-Time position 40 to 50 hours per week
- Home every day & weekends free
- Maximum distance rarely over 4.5 hours away
- Managing, scheduling & dispatching CDL drivers on staff
- Arranging the cleaning, repair & maintenance of fleet of company vehicles
- Transport tractors/trailers for maintenance work or cleanings
- Keeping track of state inspection schedules
- Jockeying tractors and trailers on campus
- Make your own hours for long hauls
- EZ Pass
- Drop & Hook plus some live loads
- No touch loads, our commercial drivers do not load/unload, and only need to operate the liftgate for those who do
- No hazardous hauling
- Some local deliveries
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $23 to $26 per hour.
- Same pay rate from clock in to clock out, when driving long/short hauls, if on campus managing vehicles or just coordinating the team of drivers
- All tractors & trailers are very clean and are well maintained
- Closed Sundays & 6 major holidays
- Working 40 to 50 hours per week, as needed
- Weekly payroll, direct deposited
- After 3 months, qualify for paid time off (earned throughout the full year) & holiday pay
- After 3 months, qualify to participate in company 401k plan, with a company match up to 5%

Qualifications:
- Posses a valid, current Pennsylvania Class A CDL Driver's License
- Posses a valid, current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
- 10+ years tractor trailer experience
- No major violation in the last 3 years
This is an ideal position for drivers with extensive experience who wish to semi-retire, but still drive on occasion, while also coordinating/dispatching other experienced drivers, where you will be able to return home every night and have your weekends free.
Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
