About the Role:

As our Customer Service Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a talented team of customer service professionals. Your leadership will be key in fostering a positive, customer-first mindset while ensuring our customers feel valued, supported, and confident in our services. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving to continually enhance the customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead by Example: Hire, train, mentor, and support a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.
  • Drive Excellence: Develop and implement policies to elevate customer service and satisfaction, making every interaction seamless and stress-free.
  • Be a Problem Solver: Address escalated customer inquiries with empathy and tact, ensuring timely resolutions that exceed expectations.
  • Analyze & Improve: Use customer feedback and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, taking proactive steps to enhance our services.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with other departments to solve issues and optimize the overall customer experience.
  • Report to Leadership: Regularly present insights and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting successes and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service Manager or similar role, with a passion for motivating and coaching teams.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members alike.
  • Problem Solver: A natural troubleshooter who can resolve conflicts and turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Data-Driven: Experience in analyzing customer feedback and team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Thrives Under Pressure: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.

Compensation: $39,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
