Responsibilities:
- Manage appointment scheduling for appliance repair services efficiently.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle billing inquiries and process customer payments accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of service calls and billing information.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates and billing questions.
- Assist in the development of operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Utilize scheduling software to optimize technician routes and minimize downtime.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Requirements:
- Resume must be updated and current
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in scheduling or billing coordination roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using scheduling and billing software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of the appliance repair industry is a plus.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
As an appliance repair technician, you’ll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words, you’ll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work.
You’ll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you’ll have to deal with people, too.
Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
