  • Real opportunities to grow into bigger operations and leadership roles
What Makes This Different

  • Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. No nights, no weekends.
  • You run the board: building routes, adjusting on the fly, keeping every tech and every customer aligned

  • Health insurance (medical, dental, vision), we cover a substantial share of your premium
  • 401k with a 4% company match

Why Should you Consider a Career in Appliance Repair?

High Demand
Appliance repair isn’t slowing down — it’s growing. With Maryland’s population aging in place, families relying on their homes more than ever, and appliances becoming more complex, skilled technicians are in constant demand. Landers has been the trusted name for 43 years, which means our techs stay busy with real, steady work year-round.
Job Security
This is a trade that can’t be outsourced, automated, or shipped off to another country. When something breaks in a home, a local professional has to fix it. Landers technicians are backed by thousands of loyal customers, a strong reputation, and a company built to last. Careers here are stable, reliable, and built for the long run.
Upward Mobility
We invest heavily in training — not just technical skills, but professional development, leadership, and long-term growth. Whether you start in the office, operations, installation, or as an apprentice, there is a clear path forward. Many of our leaders began in entry-level roles. If you work hard and meet our standards, you advance.
Competitive Compensation
Landers pays for performance. Technicians earn strong wages, bonuses, and benefits; support staff grow into higher-paying roles as they master their craft; and every position comes with clear expectations and real rewards. Our compensation is intentionally structured to help you build a great life, not burn yourself out earning it.
